Gonna try to DIY all these stuffs whenever I'm in the plane/train ride/long bus ride. Just too pretty that I want to make them now!!!!!

A little here and there

The past week went by so fast and I find myself only a week away from term tests.

Thankfully, I only have 4 important papers so far and there is no maths!!! Yes!!

I know my course is part of engineering and people might think engineering maths will definitely be an obstacle but Nooooo..... Because I'm only required to study till emaths 2 for my course whereas others will do 3,4 so on and so forth. *grins*

I spent the weekends only completing a few chapters because I was busy spending time with jovin!

O.M.G he had a night at my place and we only got to sleep at 4am because we were watching TV.

He could not sleep and I was already in deep sleep. At 6.30am he woke me up and went," Melia 6.30 already!!!! Wake up!! wake up!! I want go eat mac breakfast!! "

faint* ~.~

Dragged myself out of bed to go to mac to grab breakfast. Was in such a daze that I didn't know what to order. Ended up standing at the counter for a few minutes and then went like... ah its ok I think I'm not having anything.. so I had chee kueh instead Yum!

We came back to the house watching TV AGAIN. There was some police story III movie starring jackie chan and it was hilarious omg really..Like I rarely watch such chinese movies unless I browsed the channel by coincidence.

This is my art teacher's $300+ colour pencils. How in the world?!?!?!!?!

I am already so reluctant to spend $20 on a set of colour pencils. Seriously, taking up art will make you have a big hole in your pocket. Already spent like $30+ for the first assignment only. :(

Haircut

Hello, I chopped my fringe off today and I admit it was a little heart breaking :(
I had it for sooo long ...And, yes I did cut it myself. It is not straight at all because I didn't had a pair of good hair scissors but well my friends said it looked okay..
Jovin also agreed that he thinks I look better in this fringe .

This is moi in my new fringe. The only self picture I took today because I was just too lazy to take a better nicer one ... So desperate for some sleep now!! Will definitely update when there is time!!!! It's been almost a week since the last short update. oops........
9am classes tomorrow :( I don't wanna live on this planet anymoreeeeeeeee..........

Jaded

Painted a new colour on my nails after leaving it bare for a few weeks because they were brittle.
There was a little store at the interchange selling OPI polishes and china glaze for only $10 each and 3 for $20. So much to choose from but I told myself I can only get 1 or 2!
Eventually got myself this jade polish and it's so pretty!!!!
Exams on the following week, no more time for playing!!:(

Relief

Omg finally! Like finally I could spare a little time writing here.
I had to work for 3 days out of 4 and by the time I got home, I cannot be more happy to be on my bed sleeping. Well, its already mid May and time flies by so fast that I cannot keep track with my school work.
But but but....... I have already completed my list of work I've appointed myself to do.
And I am finally done with the trip's plans, took me almost a month to get everything done. I can finally heave a sigh of relief and I really hope the trip would go smoothly and safely.

This is Lulu, one of the adorable puppies at the Dog cafe located at Katong!!!! There are 4-5 other puppies in the cafe and by paying a small sum of money, you get to play with them!!! I squealed when I went in the dog cafe because all of them were sooooo cute!! The pomeranian kept licking and biting my fingers but her teeths were not sharp enough.

One of the best cupcakes I ever had while working for a furniture event. Ora Ito is the name of the french designer who designs almost about anything. He's one wild guy .

After the big hoo-ha about my school finally having a fast food outlet. This was when my classmates and I had breakfast on a Friday morning . However, the ketchup there tasted so bad, like urgh. I have always been a fan of Mac's ketchup. He he I know I'm so greedy because I ordered the Big breakfast deluxe. 

Me in the midst of doing my facial because my breakouts were so bad that I could not take it after looking at myself over and over again. It was one of the most painful facial in my life because I had so many small acnes and some big ones growing in between my baby hair :(

Fooling around in the airport like a small kid . I didn't want to do it but the girls said it was my turn to be up on the trolley.
Time for some forest of fruits flavoured ice cream. My favourite!

So lately,

I've been spending alot of time in front of my laptop.... Completing assignments here and there. Doing tutorials in word documents. It is extremely annoying because the tutorials are not printed together with the lecture notes  and they are only available on the school's website. Facepalm *
Previously, they were all printed together,making it so much easier to get work done.
Furthermore, some modules' tutorials are not posted online and given one by one in terms of handouts.
Omg worse idea ever!!!!!!!!! I'm so prone to loosing handouts like this or I'll lost them somewhere in my room.
Hahahaha my room is extremely messy, even jovin says so.
Oh and they give out handouts during lectures which ....I somehow can't seem to wake up on certain days
so I skipped = no handouts :(
Today, I had to get fancy paper for my cds module. I suggested a fantastic idea was to have our lunch nearby at jalan besar : >

Scissors cut curry rice!!!!! I loved the curry and the pork belly yummmmmmm!!!
Jovin says I really am losing it because I'm going out of shape hiahiahia.
So whenever time permits me to do so, I shall start brisk walking for a hour!!!
Err, was suppose to carry out this plan tomorrow morning but just found out I had a load of work to do...
I am sleeping late which also means sleep in. No time for walking hehehe
Eating less at night also plays a part.
My complexion has been terrible for the past few days. Can't help but to whine in front of the mirror whenever I see the pimple on my forehead so reddddddddddd!!!
Need to get to bed NOW!

Long night

After hanging around so much, I realised school work is stacking up.
Tonight shall be the time I spend extensive hours to complete all of my work I need to.

Happy Birthday @ Arbite

                            
                            

School took practically half of my entire day. I ended school at 5pm and met Jovin for his little birthday dinner. He spent his whole day sleeping in till 4pm. How I wish that I could sleep as late as him but my holidays are over :(

I brought him to Arbite at Serangoon Gardens, just beside Sushi Tei for dinner after reading some excellent reviews about the place. Its a quaint dining place located at the 2nd floor. The place serves all day breakfast and like other common dining restuarants, mains, appetizers, wines and beers.

We ordered the following items as you can see in the pictures above. Chocolate Banana milkshake was about $6 but it was yummy! Soft shell crab spaghettini was $27 and it was fine but both of us thought it was not as delicious as my mushroom and parma ham pasta!! Hehehe. Jovin regretted ordering that I guess!

Bought different slices of cakes from Bakerzin and Rive Gauche because I thought that one slice would be too sad.....

Reading up on my lecture notes for financial management and forecasting and I. DO. NOT. UNDERSTAND. A. SINGLE. THING. I haven even completed 1 chapter.
The notes were basically in a chunk of words like a 5000 word english essay not in a powerpoint slide format.
Worse of all, the tutor uses complex english which makes it harder to understand.
Although I really thought that I could skip his mundane and boring lectures, I can't. :(
Need to stop skipping .............

I painted my nails light pink before a job on Friday. The job scope was only helping out in a flash mob and I was working with Lynn and Ziyi. That's my little cousin being dressed as a mermaid. So adorable!!!!!
I am dreading school tomorrow. Turning in early because I have a 4 hours shoot ahead of me after school.

A girl's happiest day of her life

This evening, I was invited to Vivienne's wedding dinner at Shangri-La hotel with many other girls who I've worked with before. :) It was a marvellous place to hold a wedding and I bet the couple saved up for a long time to make this happen. Watching the video montage gave me tears in my eyes because their relationship was so sweet and it makes you feel so envious. By the way, the couple had been together for 8 years and they were each other's first love. :')
